Hi, I’m Gianna! As a proud Colorado State University graduate and former Division 1 swimmer, I’ve always been driven by dedication, hard work, and a love for community. Two years ago, I joined Tyler in the real estate world, and it’s been an incredible journey helping clients buy, sell, and invest in Colorado real estate.

I’m passionate about guiding people through every step of their real estate journey, whether they’re purchasing their first home, selling a property to move on to the next chapter, or building wealth through smart investment opportunities. I truly believe real estate is the key to creating long-term financial stability, and I’m committed to helping my clients succeed in their unique goals. Alongside Tyler, I also help manage our growing rental portfolio, which includes a mix of short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals across Colorado.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me running marathons, exploring Denver’s vibrant food and drink scene, or spending time with our two Goldendoodles, Beau and Poppy, who always keep life entertaining.
